This portfolio highlights a handful of credentialed investigations from the career of Christian P.W. Faust, Founder and Principal Investigator of FLSS. It combines personal career milestones with the firm’s collective casework, each substantiated by public records and verifiable evidence. While not exhaustive, these examples illustrate more than four decades of compliancealigned investigations across jurisdictions, underscoring Christian’s pivotal role in highstakes disputes and executivelevel due diligence.

1982–1986: Supreme Court of the Northern Territory

Snoxell v Dorcon Constructions Pty Ltd

Context: A civil dispute where the plaintiff alleged permanent injury from a workplace accident.

Role: Christian Faust was formally cited in the transcript as investigator. He prepared video evidence showing the plaintiff walking without the exaggerated limp claimed in testimony.

Evidence: The court transcript explicitly references “video shots and testimony of investigator Faust,” which Justice Rice relied upon to discount exaggeration.

1992: Optus B2 / Long March 2E Rocket Failure Investigation

Role: Christian was hired by the Chinese government to investigate whether Hughes or Optus had knowledge of interference or concealed evidence that might shift blame toward China.

Evidence: His investigation assessed technical data, contractual obligations, and possible concealment of launch anomalies.
